Empty Shells
This feels like a growing trend in the academic world. Anyone can memorize facts and numbers, but it does not mean that that person really understands what they are talking about and what they think about it. This comes out mostly in the medical field where med school students try to become doctors for the money and mention in journals. Obviously, if they get to a point where they are being mentioned in journals, they deserve the money that they earn, the three BMWs, the massive house with the pool in the backyard with a driveway that has a speed limit of 25. The question here becomes what are they going to do after all that? I mean, is the next step in their life is to go play golf on expensive courses and clubs? Some people actually do start out in med school with a desire to help people and be a source of information, and even connect with others in other countries over internet phone video conferencing, but it seems like they lose that vision. If you have the passion to make a difference in a life, please do not lose it and become one of the empty shells that populate the hospitals halls.

Internet phone service and video conferencing is becoming bigger in the medical field.
By using phone services like video conferencing and voice mail you can tell alot about a person.
This is the truth. The internet phone services and video conferencing have more personality than then doctors.
My boss is an empty shell. She thinks we should think only of internet faxes and phone services too.
The business world with all the internet phone services and online faxes make it your life.
Just because you answer internet faxes, voice mails and other phone services all day doesn't mean your an empty shell.
Video conferencing and internet fax are great tools for the medical field.
I use videoconferencing for my clients abroad so I don't have to travel as much.
