How RingOut Click to Call Dialing Works

With RingOut, you can click to call from your account or from an open application. It is especially valuable to those who dial long, international numbers and a series of numbers for marketing, sales, or fundraising efforts.

When you initiate RingOut either through a hotkey on your keyboard, from your online account, Call Controller or Outlook, a popup window appears with two drop down lists. One is the number or name of the person or business you’re trying to reach and the other is a phone number you want to use to connect the call— in other words, your Current location. Click Call.

RingCentral will call you at your current location and then connect you to the other party. When your phone rings, pick it up a voice prompt will say, “Hello, to connect this call, press 1.”
